Tuna, Hot dogs, Sussages, Frozen Chicken, Frozen turkeys , Sardines and all processed meat sometimes don't get slaughtered like your regular livestock you kill at home or at the market

so i enquired more, and found that those chicken were dead, that's why they are sold so cheap.
This is disgusting to me. Does it mean some of those barbecue sellers grill dead meat for us? Hope suya isn't made from dead meat?
Apart from the disgusting feeling, is there any logical or scientifically backed reason why dead meat should be avoided?
What are the side effects of consuming dead meat?
