Enugu is a very dirty town, I was in abakpa, emene, uwani, Garriki, ogbete, etc, stop spewing nonsense to people that haven't been to Enugu. Ugwuanyi should come and understudy Obiano on how to deliver mega projects like airport, ICC, etc, then also understudy Soludo. Ugwuanyi is a total failure but you are not worried.

Enugu runs an efficient waste collection system, and even our Innoson produces waste disposal trucks for them. Soludo needs to understudy the system in Enugu and apply it here.
