No Nigerian governor, dead or alive, has ever left this amount of money for his successor.

Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala wrote, in her book, that it was only Peter Obi and Donald Duke that insisted that Nigeria should save money for the future, while the rest of the 34 Judases who called themselves governors said they must share the money.

First of all,Peter Obi did NOT leave up to even 60Billion naira in the coffers if his state..

Secondly, leaving that amount of money is akin to not knowing what to do to make the state Progressive..
