Gundam Hathaway movie.

Story is a 6/10, mostly because this is the first movie in a planned trilogy, so it leaves things unfinished, and requires prior knowledge of parts of the Gundam UC timeline to make more sense.
Visuals are a 9/10
Music is a 9/10, sawano soundtracks.

It's quite common for women with a lower pitched vocal range to voice little boys.

Fun fact: Goku's voice actor was a woman when he was a child in Dragonball. She remains his VA till date. Also, she's like 85.
