What do you mean. Nigeria government has refused to fund education, Nigeria government has refuse to make the con3 conducive for our brilliant mind.
Many of our scientist runaway to develop con3s.
Most of our proffesors fund their research from their personal purse. As you can see, ASUU is still on strike.
Dr chinelo who died in the Kaduna - Abuja crises is also one of our brilliant scientist who was about leaving the con3.
