So a random number sent me a message on WhatsApp saying I qualified to receive the federal government's survival fund package. You must know I'm in lots of WhatsApp groups, so I decided to check the profile of the sender to see if the number is in any group I'm in since lots of people just pick up numbers from random groups and spam them. Nothing. So is this offer legit guys, or is it just scam? 1 Share
