The construction of the pyramids was an engineering feat at its time, same way we have marvels of engineering today like the International Space Station, Burj Khalifa, Japanese Maglev trains, James Web Space telescope, Parker Solar probe etc.

I do not expect those that will come after us to fear us because of what we have built. I will rather be excited to learn what they would build as a result of breakthrough technology in their time.
