Remove education except private schools are not included. Even schools owned by government go on strike regularly because salaries and allowances are not paid regularly. The reason why Nigeria is the way it is (apart from political leadership) is because the educational subsector has been left to rot. No funds for research, no grants for scholarly work, lecturers using outdated and crude teaching materials, overcrowded classrooms, the list is endless.

Banking should not be there. They are neither friendly to customers nor their marketing staff.

Banking is into extortion and that’s not labour friendly angry

Banks would give you 1, 3,4, 5(if you count HMO plan) and 6.

But the person would be overwhelmed, and probably unhappy.
The only joy is the salary

Nigerian Civil Service.

Most especially Local government workers. Those guys are on another level of cruising. They practically get paid for doing absolutely nothing.

It hurts to know other hard working Nigerians pay huge taxes to pay the salaries of these lazy Mofos.

Don't expect me to mention any private firm. From Banking to Telecoms to Engineering, you earn high but work your ass off. Most aren't labour friendly.

Maybe SHELL sha. All thanks to their Union. Industrial action na their second name...Na wetin Nigerian employers need be that... lol

you are right. Nigerian civil service will make you lazy. I remember when I went to submit application for Nigerian fire service two years ago. The people there be gisting and cracking jokes. Na that type of work be fit me in cause I lazy somehow cheesy

There is no 'sector' that is labour friendly. It depends on individual companies/organisations...

Companies in the same sector often have differing labour standards...

Not even Governments jobs or agencies

The only labour friendly are multinational companies that has set a standard for themselves like Unilever,Nestle Deago/Guinness etc

Those standards have been abused by Nigerians via nepotism, and corruption.

None. They are all users especially the education sector and banking industry, banking sector won't give you work-life balance, all users, that is why I am pursuing a federal government job, I don't have their time.

Do they have work-life balance? cause my friends in multinational audit companies like pwc and kpmg complain of no work-life balance, little wonder why they have high staff turnover, their staff are jakparing to abroad after 3 years of garnering experience, e be things . cheesy
