Putin is going all out for Europe. It is good for a country to have nuclear weapons o, so USA and Europe respect a nuclear powered country this much, reason why they don't want Iran to have it, North Korea already has it. Seeing the magnitude of destruction and annihilation done by nuclear weapons in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, USA will do anything possible to prevent that from being done on its homeland.

Nigeria should be thinking of becoming a nuclear power too, but that is after the military has been librated from Fulani jihadists. BTW, I don't think Russia will fight Finland. They have a far far stronger military than Ukraine and seeing how the war in Ukraine is shaping out. Putin stands no chance moving soldiers into Finland. Finland's Air Force is pretty dangerous with advanced missiles, F18 fighters and F35s on order. He can only scare them with Nuclear weapons.

There was no agreement. There was a meeting actually but no legal agreement. Putin has long been told to provide the agreement if anything was signed.
