Stop hallucinating in your make belief reverie. That same nazi ideology is already flourishing in Ukraine. Every ideology is expressed in acts and symbols. Swastika wearing and Nazi emblems bearing thousands of Banderites are parts of the Ukrainian national guard mostly in the east. Same ultra nationalists are members of paliament. Banning of the Russian language is Nazism exemplified, and the setting ablaze of ethnic Russians in Odessa and more are acts that manifest such ideology.

Plus the NATO question, as Putin puts it, it would be criminal negligence on their part if they allow such existential threat to remain unaddressed. There was no agreement. There was a meeting actually but no legal agreement. Putin has long been told to provide the agreement if anything was signed.

The meeting was even with the Soviet Union which has since collapsed.

Thanks for sharing. I have been looking for these as well. I misplaced the ones I have. Fact is, NATO expansion to the east was a violation of an earlier promise, which constitute a contractual obligations. This continuous expansion is the cause of the current trouble today. The USSR is gone, what's NATO still doing?
