I am not doubting your point that some western countries have hands in this but why does the government do nothing concrete about it? How does the Nigerian police force failed to account for hundreds of thousands of ammunition it claimed has gone missing? Foreign countries aren't proponent of RUGA or attempts by FG to seize waterways down south. So, we got to get our facts clear, except we are saying that the government is acting in collusion with the West to pursue this agenda. Or we can say the Fulani elements across West Africa are in collusion with the western countries to overrun Nigeria. As far as am concerned, Nigeria as a country has been taken over by non-citizens.

There are two issues you raised here.
1. Influx of arms into the black market from Libya
2. Response of countries to internal terrorism.

They are different from one another. The criminals in the countries you mentioned also sourced their guns from same place.
