I guess this is the reason someone was worried about end-to-end WhatsApp encryption messages. Don't worry, with NIN...the government can now easily pick you up.

Is this also illegal if I may ask.

who produced the content in the first place.

Absolute rubbish...

Seen someone who was stopped at the airport in UK and his phone searched.

He had bestial porn of a man sleeping with a snake.

He said his phone downloads media by default.... he was then asked why he shared with a lot of people...

SOME WILD SCHOOL CHILDREN DECIDE TO PLAY MUMMY AND DADDY.

THEY GOT CAUGHT AND THE EVIDENCE IS OUT.

NOW, DO WE LEAVE THE ROTTEN CHILDREN AND START SPEAKING GRAMMAR LIKE CHILD PORN AND GOING AFTER AN INVISIBLE PUBLIC THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE VIEW THE CLIP?

THE REASON AFRICA WILL FOREVER BE A FAILURE IS BECAUSE WE STOP REASONING AND STARTED COPYING FOREIGN CULTURE, PRACTICE, CUSTOMS AND LAWS.

Posting, Sharing and Distribution of Child porn is a crime.

by Stanley Alieke, Esq.

The social media has been on standstill with the news of the Chrisland schools pupil that was “gang-raped” by her classmates in Dubai during an international games competition that she and her classmates represented her school in.

As a side note, I have watched the video (the sex video of the little girl and her classmates which are boys, about 4 of them) and it does not seem to me to be rape, it clearly seems to be consensual group sex between the girl and the young boys but the boys made videos of the sex scene and posted it online unless there is something that I am missing.

That being said, netizens should stop sharing, posting and distributing that video; posting, sharing and distribution of child porn is a crime in Nigeria and other countries of the world that would land you in jail.

This is the provision of s.23 of the cybercrime act, 2015;

S.23 (1) Any person who intentionally uses any computer system or network in or for- (a) producing child pornography;

(b) offering or making available child pornography;

(c) distributing or transmitting child pornography;

(d) procuring child pornography for oneself or for another person;

(e) possessing child pornography in a computer system or on a computer-data storage medium:

commits an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction –

(i) in the case of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) to imprisonment for a term of 10 years or a fine of not more than N20,000,000.00 or to both fine and imprisonment.

Engaging in the production, distribution, and transmission of child pornographic content is a crime punishable with 10 years imprisonment or a fine of N20m or both the fine and the jail term.

Please desist from sharing that video for the sake of the little girl’s future and also for the sake of public morals.

But you watched it before making an informed judgement on whether it was rape or not?

I'm not in support of this being shared, but just imagine a scenario were the rape story gained enough traction, maybe Chrisland School would have been burnt down by a mob out of anger. That's why the entire social media can be dangerous and we should all show restraint before posting unverfied issues like the girl's mother did probably as a cover up. Her story of rape doesn't add and the video has somehow punctured it

Please how can we report those who have the tape to the authority?
Some NL needs to be taught a lesson.
It is already a crime in many countries. Quit acting and reports anyone only if you know they guilty and there are evidence. This is so because u wont want the case to get backfired on you if you don't have your evidences.

Not all the boys in the video has sex with her. The one that made the video was actually complaining about the sex. He kept repeating that they didn't allow him to sleep. The bed is shaking.

Another tried touching her brea$t and she said he should stop touching her boob$.

She was actually on top of the guy and not the other way around. It wasn't a rape, but very awful cry cry cry

Some people will see this warning and be forming strong head. You will have no excuses if your phone or devices for any reasons is looked at and there is evidence of you watching pre-teens having sex. A word is enough of the wise. This is not only true in Nigeria. Later on peeps will be claiming village people are after them.

Xvideos will be shut down if it gets there and they do nothing about it. I expect them to ban any account that uploads. Child porn is not a joke.

THEY WILL USE THEM TO MAKE EXAMPLE TO OTHER CHILDREN IN THE SCHOOL OF WHAT PUNISHMENT THEY CAN RECIEVE.

the child porn bla bla threat is very lame.
They are just trying damage control instead of having the issue squarely.
And there is far too much hypocrisy in this country

If not for video evidence, that’s how those little boys would be accused of being rapist by silly people and the girl’s over-zealous mother, who is creating videos instead of sitting in silence for failing in her role as a mother to the girl involved.
