All this campaign of calumny against Osinbajo will fail woefully at the end of the day. Tinubu knows all attention has moved from him to Osinbajo. Hence he is fighting like a roaring lion seeking whom to devour.

Tell them. They should be CALMING DOWN. The only reason I believe Tinubu will be President is because that fine CALM DOWN boy is from Lagos. Where is the boy self ? This their politics is getting more stormy, Let them put that boy on all TV station to advise them to be CALMING DOWN.

everything up there is hogwash. Nothing will make any sane person vote Tinubu against Osinbajo. It's pure foolishness.
The point of this discussion is Osinbajo.
Is it HOGWASH that the economy is all DOOM and LAMENTATIONS.
is it true that over 70 percent of osibanjo's aides both in the social programs and the economic managent team are RCCG members.
I was in apapa parish with the VP under pastor Tony rapu so I know what am talking about.
So what is HOGWASH. Please be specific?

I will always choose Osinbajo over Tinubu any day, anytime, but that doesn't mean the truth shouldn't be said. Without a firm endorsement from Buhari, there is no way Osinbajo can win the APC primaries. Out of the top people vying for the APC Presidential ticket, he's the only one with the weakest political base.

Tinubu seem to have locked down most of the delegates...unfortunately too, Tinubu can stand shoulder to shoulder with the Presidency financially to buy the delegates. Except the Presidency somehow successfully imposes a concensus candidate, Tinubu will be the party's flag bearer come 2023.

And going the concensus way means a guaranteed implosion.
Osinbajo will clinch it by God's grace.

On loyalty and trust, while Buhari was ill and attending to his health in London, Osinbajo made some dangerous political moves including sacking Buhari’s cousin, Lawal Daura, the director-general of the Department of State Services (DSS). Osinbajo made this move and took other major steps against the backdrop and his personal wish, prayer and expectation that Buhari will not return alive. Not only did he sack Daura, he equally removed some newly appointed public office holders by Buhari and replaced them with his cronies
I stopped reading this bull shiit here
This write up is pure madness, who doesn't know the excesses of Daura., The King Of Nepotism appointment is Buihari.
If Buhari is a failure why not come out clear and say instead of roping Yemi Osinbanjo to Buhari's Failure. Shame on BAT

People keep claiming Osinbajo is in charge of the economy. Which economy? It's like saying a governor is the chief security officer of his state. A governor that can't choose or query a common dpo? That's how we blame governors for insecurity while they lack authority over all security officers in their state.

Who appointed the NNPC director, CBN governor, minister of finance, minister of petroleum and all other ministers and head of government agencies?

How can he function when he can't control those people or hold them accountable?
Can Osinbajo summon the Finance Minister or CBN governor and sack them for non performance?
They'll just bring him to give traders money .
He's just occupying a position with no authority.

I’ve said this severally but some coconut head wailers keep believing the contrary. Tinubu, Osinbajo and Amaechi are all good to go. I have no doubt in my mind that any of them that emerge will do well. However, they all will be subjected to a thorough and rigorous primary election. Nobody will emerge as the party’s candidate by anointing.

Overall, I think this is an unfair review of Yemi Osinbajo’s performance as Vice President. Blaming him for the state of the economy is simply stupid. The EMT was disbanded about 4 years ago in favor of an Economic advisory council headed by Doyin Salami. Covid-19 and the crash in crude oil prices also contributed significantly to the state of the economy. I don’t think we could have done any better considering how stronger economies all over the world fared.

And regarding the SIP, it was headed by a Muslim lady, Maryam Uwais from the north and not a RCCG member. The chief of staff to the Vice President, Ade Ipaye is also a Muslim from Lagos.

Not only does the constitution of APC allows for PARTY OFFICES TO BE FILLED BY CONSENSUS, it is almost a tradition to do so from Baba bisi akande to oyegun to oshiomole.
But the constitution of the party EXPLICITLY FORBIDS CONSENSUS FOR THE PARTY'S PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY.
APC constitution is a PUBLIC DOCUMENT. GO AND READ IT!!
Buhari is not GREATER THAN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE PARTY.
Next month's party primary will be decided by either direct or indirect primary.
I TELL YOU THIS WITH INSIDER AUTHORITY
Please save this post and call me out if it is OTHERWISE.

Go and pick up a copy of the constitution of APC and stop embarrassing yourself. Election into NWC positions are different from nomination of candidates for elective positions. The constitution stated clearly that when it comes to nomination for presidential election, only different it indirect primary is allowed.

Please point out ONE STATEMENT OF FACT in this write-up that is not true.
Honestly, the VP has no record to campaign with. Aside from being part and parcel of this government, he failed woefully in the SPECIFIC ROLES ASSIGNED TO HIM.

There's nothing true in the whole write-up.

1. Osinbajo has since been relieved of his position as head of the economic team. While he was there, he founded the Market Moni shceme and several other programs that made business people fall in love with him.

2. Osinbajo's activity is not directly related to the rising cost of Commodities. Blame Emefiele for that. Emefiele made dollar scarce, giving rise to the eventual fall of the naira, since scarcity breeds price increase. Osinbajo is not to blame but rather the wicked Emefiele.

3. It has been said that Osinbajo had Tinubu's blessings to declare for president. Even if he doesn't, Tinubu cannot use his own selfishness to kill the destiny of another. After 8yrs of a Muslim presidency, another 8yrs of another Muslim presidency cannot fly. Osinbajo knows that Tinubu won't be in the race, hence it would be foolish of him to waste this golden opportunity. In the pursuit of destiny, Osinbajo's declaration cannot be taken as disloyalty. Only fools would reason that way. No one kills his destiny simply because of another. Nigerians are calling for an Osinbajo presidency. He cannot betrays Nigerians, and Nigerians are bigger than Tinubu.

4. Osinbajo's sack of Buharis cousin isn't disloyalty. That shows a man who knows that Buhari is wrong in many ways, but the wrong is enthroned only because Osinbajo is not the one in
power. This particular point establishes the fact that Osinbajo cannot be bullied as president, contrary to some schools of thought alleging that he'll be a weak president.

Point of correction Monsieur! Electoral law supersedes that of party constitution, a party can adopt any ithe three provisions in the electoral law to conduct a primary. Moreover, consensus has been included in the last convention of apc. Thanks

But Osinbajo is not the only incharge of policies that result to increase in price of commodities or should VP be saddled with responsibilities of CBN governor and finance minister now?
Or is he the one that make our FX worthless; dollar to naira? Why not blame the direct authority in charge of all these things and stop pointing wrong accusations to someone else.

You are correct but show me a governor or president in Nigeria that didn't choose his successor? Obj brought Musa Ya dua, BAT brought Fashola, kwankwaso brought the current kano state governor.

PMB must accept and recommend anyone who will succeed him, bookmark this comment ok. Many factors shows that anyone that will be APC flagbearer come next year must be anointed by PMB. This is Nigeria ok.
