Dear Nigerians,

Don't make the mistake of campaigning for or voting for Tinubu or Osibanjo. The former is as old or even older than the disaster called Buhari and so will end up failing to fix Nigeria while the latter is a deceptive crook who as part and parcel of this current regime has aided in the destruction of the socioeconomic life of Nigerians.

Buhari will handle Security.
Osibanjo will handle the economy.

How far with the security?
How far with the economy?
they are talking about Lagos state traffic you are here talking about Tinubu and Osibanjo, are you sure Tinubu is not living rent free in your brain ? You just hate Yoruba and I can tell you are confirm Igbo , but unfortunately for you which ever way yoruba is the next president

This is just 5% of the issues and nuisance in the Mile2/apapa region. The unnecessary extortions by area boys, police, customs etc on Tokunbo vehicles on that road is alarming. You’d spend nothing less than 10k on the road driving a Tokunbo car from apapa to Mile2, they will still steal things from your cars in motion.
Police will take their own and leave the area boys to extort you, army self go collect Tokunbo money, anybody with a reflective will mount road block and collect 1k per vehicle.
The whole area needs to be raided with a strong task force.
not just in Mile 2 and Apapa alone, it had spiral out of control, even in Ojo road, mba and cardoso they do collect from such cars,

worst still they will use that rubber pipe to bash your car, as you drive off

nice to ban or remove bottlenecks,

but what about the touts that are bent on collecting money from any motorist thats driving any new looking car or unregistered imported vehicles, that would openly threaten to damage your vehicle on broad day light if you dont give them money?

The nuisance that happens in Lagos doesn't happen anywhere else in Nigeria. Since tinubu brought area boys Lagos have known no peace. undecided

What's the population of lagos state compared to other states?
These area boys need to eat that's why they serve most politicians and I don't blame them no jobs, no economic opportunities etc. If they lived in other states I'm pretty sure they would have turned to other crimes like kidnapping, banditry etc

Majority of the money collected is being remitted to the Lagos state government and the rest is shared to the members of NURTW. Tho sometimes it feels such things should be more regulated like most foreign countries but there's nothing normal about Nigeria and people are too afraid to change or challenge the system sadly.

All these gaslighting and grandstanding won't work. That area is the most horrible place on earth. High level racketeering involving the police, Army, FRSC, Civil Defence, Agberos, Area boys, Communities, Local Government agents, VIO, LASTMA, NUPENG, PTD, oh my God...

It's a complete state of anarchy there. Tokunbo cars are pounced on by barefaced thieves wearing all manner of vests. Accessories are ripped off cars while on motion.

The primary responsibility of security men there is to meet up with their target of fleecing truck drivers and commercial buses of their money in order to meet up with their daily contributions/savings of 50k/daily/per individual. It's the height of organised chaos and disorderliness.

I strongly believe that Lagos State is complicit in the illegal tolling there. Otherwise, how can a state look so helpless in the face of this kind of rent collectors? What's the purpose of government? Are individuals stronger than the government of the day?

Nigeria is gone. Believe me.

I'm not justifying it bro just stating the facts. It's more rampant in lagos state because of the size of the population such a thing won't be that popular in a state like Ekiti.
To be honest most people consider it to be a well paying brown collar job
