Hello my people, I greet una all.
I want to enter bolt business but am still thinking of the car to buy within my budget (N1.5m).

I wanted Toyota Corolla but the price no be here so I opt for Honda and Kia of these models for Naija used. I stay in Benin.

1. Honda Civic 2005
2. Honda Civic 2006
3. Honda City 2009
4. Kia Rio 2014

Please among these cars which should I go for, maintenance cost, available and cost of parts and durability.

If this place not the right section please mod help me move it.

Basically the first 3 are quit good economically for bolt ,parts are readily available , the Honda civic 2006 to 09 is a Bette choice , just leave Kia out of it pls , it's actually a nice car but consedering what u are using it for , go for the Honda Civic 2006

2005 honda civic is very reliable and with very cheap parts and super easy to maintain.

Avoid honda civic 2006 to 2008( cracked engine block problem). Corrected in late 2009, better buy from 2010 civic for 2006 to 2011 generation.

2009 honda city is Ok so far the cvt transmission is Ok but if its faulty, its a problem that can't fixed(very few CVT specialist in nigeria) but will require a new CVT . Stick to its own oil if you must have buy one in good condition.

2012 to 2015 rio is prone to over heating and engine damage due the closeness of the plastic radiator to the compressor which can cause it melt and make coolant/water leak into the engine causing engine damage and over heating.
Better off with with 2006 to 2011 rio or if u have the cash go for 2016 model upwards.

2005 civic, any time any day, twice on weekends . You can purchase a healthy one at that price (1.5m), less prone to problems but ensure you stick to regular oil change and maintenance.

Planning to buy a Honda Civic 2010 or 2011 for Bolt/Uber

Extremely good choice, you will enjoy driving it every day and night.
Very cheap to maintain, reliable and better fuel economy than corolla.
Since u intend using it for uber/boIt, the only problem is that it has low ground clearance so I'll advise u buy bigger tyres or slightly raise it but not too much so it won't look shapeless.
