Some series are more focused on dark comedy...some on characters...some on psychology of these characters...

But when I say a show isn't plot focused or I say it has no plot...it means the focus or the selling point or it's bright points isnt the plot...

Jojo is one of my best shows but no one watches Jojo cos of any impressive plot...Jojo has other things which are it's bright sides ...

Peacemaker's selling points are it's dark comedy, satire, Peacemaker's character development, his relationship with his father and struggle to live up to his father's expectations, etc

The plot is very simple and not anything special...
What made me rate it high was it's other points and not the plot...

You've said it numerous times superhero movies or shows barely have no plot. Why watch it then and torture yourself? I don't see how anyone would pressure you based on hype to watch those projects based on your passion of aversion to the genre.

Me rating episode 1 as 10/10 showed my expectations...

Also I said it here after episode 3...that only episode 4 can save that show... episode 3 was just too bad ...
Episode 4 didn't improve it...
And like I said yesterday...I have dropped it already because of this...I'm not watching episode 5

The entire plot of the story is just what you summed up in less than two lines...
That's as basic a plot as you can get...
