In life, things happen that push us out of balance. Circumstances and situations arise that are seemingly overwhelming with no way out. If there's one thing I've learnt in life, it's that we must keep moving regardless of adverse situations and circumstances. So, the question is this; what do you do when you don't know what to do?

Personally, what I do when things go down south is to NEVER worry or panic.

At first, it was very hard not to worry. But I later found out that worry does nothing other than to worsen the situation at hand. So, I completely stay off worries.
