When you park your vehicles in the UK, ensure your vehicle's shadow is not in contravention..........

Bunch of very desperate councils, seeking to milk anything, milkable............ grin

Shalewa T…. Call your husband 1:2:1 prolly in the middle of the night and ask him why he used his cousin as the NOK and not YOU, he might have some explanations to make. Don’t conclude yet, and don’t let this online in-law statements enter your head so you won’t react negatively in your home… When things go south, you won’t even see the hair strand of none of them… Don’t always be quick to bring your marital discomfort online, those people you are looking at are having one or two discomfort at home too, but you won’t see them wash their dirty linen outside… ALWAYS TALK TO UOUR PARTNER FIRST, ASK and Don’t Conclude..

No COVID test, but ensure you're vaccinated. They only asked about your vaccination before leaving Nigeria. After that, nobody would ask, not even in Doha. I used them last week
Please pardon me,
Is it compulsory to be vaccinated before you can travel or leave nigeria?

you should try to be. cos those who claimed not to be vaccinated were asked to step aside from the line. Besides, here in the UK, if u intend to work, you would need a covid-19 pass to get some jobs. so either way, u still need to be vaccinated.

Well, speaking from my experience at the airport while trying to board qatar airline, they asked for your vaccination card and they scan the barcode.

If you know the amount of sense, that comes out of our nonsense........ You would gauge your response and simply encourage people to speak out .......

Assuming the matter was not as confusing to her and to all reasonable thinking people. She would not be seeking proper advice..........

You think not making her his NOK, does not have wider ramifications, then you must be joking.......

What else is he hiding from her huhhuhhuhhuh?

@shalewaT, I tried to ignore this as I am tired of talking here, but my heart just didn’t allow. There is something called mistake, it can be honest, intentional, or negligence. Sometimes we don’t even know the type of mistake made.

Ukay2 gave you a very simple advice to talk to him. That may clear some of your doubts, if not all. Lagosismyhome, gave you instances of people that she has seen use same thing. Atleast that’s to tell you, it’s possible it wasn’t about you, it could have been any kind of mistake (intentional or unintentional). She even went ahead to suggest, showing a google explanation to help in your talking to him about it. Virus shared with you what is in the heart of most men (if not all), we all have either thought of things from that perspective, heard it from one of our friend or from other men discussing. And it’s true, we men sometimes think that way. LondonDating told you what will make your marriage last “Don't harbor any negative thoughts about your husband”. He/she further gave reason why he could have used his cousin and not you. And also his deed possibly being an innocent mistake.

In Nigerian these suggestion are believed to be a weak one or from weak people because we believe in do me I do you. You can tell by some of the quotes the people I talked about got from their suggestion to you. Guess what this is not Nigeria. This is far away from home. Talk to your husband, weather na mistake or intentional. We learn and grow everyday. You said your marriage is new, it’s possible he’s still having that early married man thoughts (don’t let anyone deceive you, we men think crazy sometimes). Before talking to your husband, try to erase all the negative thought you have had concerning the issue too, so that you don’t talk in a disrespectful way. As Nigerian man, we don’t play with respect from our wife. You can joke with it to him. You know the kind of joke he likes, try to see how you can incorporate this issue into the joke.

As human we make mistakes. Some we realize and learn from them, others we don’t. No one is perfect, even if it’s intentional, no one is perfect. always remember that in your marriage. No one is perfect. Stay blessed…

My little thoughts on this is that “Men are known to be stable to take a balance decision in emergency health cases and Women are known to be fragile and can be emotional” As suggested you should ask him but I believe he was only try to protect you .......Personally, in cases of health emergency, I wouldn’t want you to call my wife, I will prefer my brother, father or a male relative ...
