I understand the fact that one will feel lighter playing while fasting, what I was actually worried about is such player tiring out due to his inability to take in fluid for the duration of the match.

U may not see get fagged out in a match like arsenal vs Man utd, but a match of high intensity like loserpool vs Man city or that Loserpool vs Chelsea in carabao cup final, u sure need more than light body.
