Our elders have a saying that "woman wey dey find pikin no dey wear pant sleep. "

Imagine someone looking for a job online going about calling people who may be his potential idiots, foools, lunatic , pauper and other profanities on the same forum he's been begging for a job.

No be ment be that?

Exactly. Xhaka and Elneny combination is just clicking at the right time. The kind of decision making Xhaka is making nowadays is really amazing. And he's no more of a sideway passer again grin

You are right, they rested key players like Rice/ Antonio/ Bowen. They are playing a risky game but I can understand why they fancy their chances against Frankfurt and one of Leipzig/ Rangers.

We should buy ward prowse if not for anything freekicks grin grin
Saka or martinelli will run at defenders then wait for them to commit so that ward prowse will whip it in especially stubborn teams we can't break down

Yesterday's win was even sweeter with Tottenham's draw against Brentford.

To think we thought top 4 was out of our hands, now we're firmly in control. Hope we don't slip up from here.

April that started on a sad note seems to be ending well. Indeed all is well that ends well grin grin

Nketiah's game ystdy was great. I love the way he ran the channels aside linking up well with his Midfielders and wingers. I'm glad he finally fought for his shirt even though I doubted he wasn't ready. I just hope he keeps it up.

Our defence was indeed shaky yesterday. I don't know if it's just me but I noticed our defence was just jittery unlike what I normally know it as. Just thankful that man u attack weren't able to capitalise as well as element of luck on our side (penalty miss) as well as Ronaldo's marginal offside call.

Tavarez needs to get his acts right. Grateful for his goal as it gave us the much needed advantage at the start of the game, but he needs to work on his decision making most times. Aside his decision making being poor yesterday, he was erratic both in his tackles and positioning. Thank goodness it was Elanga and not a deadly and experienced winger he faced ystdy cos we would have been duly punished

Laca's poor showing was Nketiah's opportunity. He is young and sharp and has good eyes for goals. He is not at the level we ACN rely on for next season but he can improve and is showisigns he will.

I think Arteta was being patient with Tavares and was resisting the urge to change him the second time after doing so against Brighton. The lad is too slow for the PL. I hope he improves because we can't have such displays next season.

We were very lucky against United. Two balls to bar and post, a missed penalty and a marginal offside call. We could have easily lost that match despite scoring three.

I agree to all you have said. Jod this is unusual isn't it?

Since partey decided to expose our defence with his injury, I hope we score first and bring in holding to close shop as this method have been effective

I don't think tavarez is too slow in EPL, I just feel he's too immature presently. He needs proper guidance and leaders in that pitch to coordinate him for us to see his best. But then I'm tempted to ask, where is the tavarez of the first half of the season? That one that gave us confidence then looks different than this one grin

Do you also noticed that our defence gave Ronaldo one kind unnecessary respect. It was as if they were afraid to mark him or some sort just not to get disgraced. There was even a situation Ramsdale even used fear to take the ball to throw-in when he sighted Ronaldo. An unusual nervy Ramsdale.

As for the bolded, it's very unusual and I know why, but lemme don't say it fest grin grin

I appreciate boss

We've won 19 games this season, 18 of them was when we scored first. It means we've never done any comeback win this season aside wolves 2nd leg. Scoring first and trying to close shop have always being our forte this season and I just hope we continues cos I'm always afraid when we concede first.

I was watching the match with a United friend this weekend and when Holding was introduced, I just told him that game don finish. Any goal wey dem bin think say dem wan score, make dem just leave am for next match cos this match laidis don end. grin

I don't see Spurs winning both their matches against Leicester and Liverpool. In fact I am almost certain they will drop at least three points.

If that happens, we will be in a comfortable position playing the North London Derby. If we will that game, it's CL for us. We need 9 points to get there basically.
