Help! Can't Reach My Mom Who Was Traveling by Nobody: 6:50pm On Apr 25, 2022

Pls forgive my English, I'm really confused. My mom was traveling from port Harcourt to keffi since Wednesday last week, it's Monday and she's not in my elder sister's place in keffi. Her number is switched off since Friday. The last time my sis spoke with her on Thursday night, she said the bus spoilt somewhere around Enugu but they just fixed it.
Pls how do I go about this? I'm in Abuja about to finish service this Thursday

Did she board a registered-transport-company vehicle?

Or, she boarded a random vehicle?

Go to the bus terminal where she boarded a vehicle. The manifest for loading the vehicle should be provided. Start from there.
