Hopefully the recent good changes at nipost will be permanent. I got my last two deliveries via nipost in twenty two days while the registered speedaf ones took twenty seven days

So much time is an understatement! They process it so sluggishly that if the refund is for a small amount of money you would've forgotten about it by the time it arrives.

When I used to make purchases only with GTBank I never knew refunds could take more than a few days until I recently started using Access Bank. They take an eternity.

When they eventually do, they refund at a low rate

It is your shipper that will clear your package from custom clearance not Speedaf, i was in the same boat too untill i was told this Speedaf only delivers, they don't clear packages. They can not update if where you got your package from has not cleared it.

if you're getting your parcel from Ali Express, they decide which company delivers your package. if picking Speedaf was possible, i will be the first ooo

Strange things are afoot in this country. I ordered three mens watch items from two different shops on 31.3.2022. Items reached destination country Nigeria on 21.4.22. Nipost gave me call on the same day and I collected all three items after paying 100 naira. Everything took twenty one days. Unbelievable.

This is good news o. Or is it because a lot of items arrived the country between 1st and second week of April? Let's see how it goes.
