The thing about gwarimpa is that u will always get shocked at the houses u see both in number and beauty when u enter the streets.
And anything u want dey gwarimpa.

Plenty clubs, joints, markets, shops,schools, just name it. Hotels etc.

But they are messing it up with useless business baroms who only know how to build plazas.

Plazas everywhere. Ugly ones too

Inside that gwarimpa, it was till I saw it with my own two eyes before I knew that somewhere so beautiful and high-class can still have an area that hasn't been over taken by the big mansion and beautifully painted residences.

Katampe Extension is the most beautiful area/Neighborhood I have been to in Abuja. It is not called THE DIPLOMATIC ZONE for nothing.

I disagree.
Gwarimpa is a mess.
It lacks the standard infrastructure typical of Abuja Districts.... open sewers, narrow roads without walkways and power cables everywhere.
I doubt if it exists on the initial Masterplan.
It may be expensive, but so is Ikeja, Surulere and other mixed-planned suburbs that rapidly become overcrowded and unlivable.
I rarely venture there.
