Someone once lived in a country and visited one of bodies. Right now, the best remains Canada and Germany. But due to lower chances of getting a Canadian study visa, many Nigerians would say UK. Studying in UK is relatively easier and pretty much straightforward.

These two factors are hard to beat for the average Nigerian but they, however, aren't looked out for in UK.
The UK doesn't care if your passport is virgin and they don't care if you're going to return to Nigeria. Infact they'll give you a chance to apply for 2 years post study visa to stay back in the UK.

It's just one country that has managed to be at the top or near the top at EVERY area of human endeavor without dictatorship or even curtailing of the citizens' constitutional rights. Of course those whose ancestors were affected by slavery will always have a certain ill-will and I can't say I blame them.
