pls someone should provide answers to me plsssssssss. i was called upon to chair over a mini shop opening ceremony in Aba by 4pm today .pls can someone give me expo on how the programme of activities will look like .its just a one hour programme. its like doing MC duty .

The host should have the program. Make your opening speech (at least 5 - 10 minutes) as Chairman and go sit down, MC will handle the rest but call for any observations during the ceremony and then close with a short remark (2 - 3 minutes) as Chairman
