After paying the visa fee, it takes you to TLS website were you book your Biometrics and pay other fees depending on the service your choose. For me I chose VI and self service and I paid £55 with my Naira visa card.

I think all banks should issue a visa card, it depends on you. It doesn't really matter whether it's visa or Master card, I think the limits are the same and I actually don't know the dollar limit.

I will advice you calm down on the agency thing and try doing it yourself. Unless you have seen someone they have assisted successfully.
It’s something you can do yourself. And even people in the uk using Agents pay more than 2m so this package is kinda looking somehow. I have my uk friends doing this themselves too because agents are not smiling.
Again if you are sure go ahead but be very careful.

Is the agent in Nigeria or UK? I don't know anything about agents or so. But I would advise you run. If the agent is in UK, then it is definitely a scam.

I've read it somewhere that each bank now has the freedom of determining their dollar limit for both Visa and Mastercard since the CBN is no longer selling dollars to them. So, the limits are different. Even for the Wema Bank, their current limit is $0. That's, u can't use their card to pay in dollar for now.

But I want to ask, how much did you use your Visa Naira card to pay and which bank issued the card? Because my GTB Mastercard limit is $20.
