What I learnt is that if we are desperate about this job it will Send wrong signal to the agency or homes. Like my case I waited for some of them untill dey told me to send mail to a particular person on how I stand out for the job. I just sent 1 out of six and will send others nx week. My dear look elsewhere ...I had same experience ..last they will tell you they don't hold licence to sponsor .

After my offer, I submitted utility bill, bank statement, DV, Covid-19 card, immunization card, TB, PCC, HSC level 3 (lptc cert), First aid cert, and Neco (statement of comparability by Ecctis)

As in them won choke me but God dey. However na NHS band 3

I will advise you to calm down, with that response am 99% sure they will get back to you soonest. However don't stop applying to other jobs.

It's best to stick to applying directly to the care homes involved because as agents, they are not supposed to recruit from here

The issue is I applied base on the advert on LinkedIn and indeed after which an agent will send an email to me to write why I stand out among applicants. I don't think they are based here as u mentioned.

It’s something you can do yourself. And even people in the uk using Agents pay more than 2m so this package is kinda looking somehow. I have my uk friends doing this themselves too because agents are not smiling.
Again if you are sure go ahead but be very careful.

Agents in the UK are asking for £9000 for everything so this 1.6m is obviously a scam. But you can go ahead and do it if you have the money to spare.

Don't continue waiting, try other recruiter ,NHS or Homes. No 1 can tell which comes faster.

Happened to a friend. When she got there on the for example may 4th they say they cannot attend to her that her booking is may 17. I told her don't go anywhere. Ask to speak to the manager and show her that booking email that showed 4th. If there is a glitch in the system how is it the candidate fault. When she showed the email of 4th they relaxed and said yes it their system fault and allowed her do the TB... this was last month , lagos branch

Just print out the email confirming may 4th go there and dont leave until someone agrees ..lol. you might end up doing it late but u can get it done that day if you insist

You need to be careful about the part he mentioned that the cost also covers test of English.

Ask him how he wants to cover the test of English for you.

Because if you need a test of English, it must be written by you. Otherwise, what he wants to give you is a fake result that will surely affect you. In fact, this is making me to believe the whole thing is a scam.
