Reminds me of the movie HOSTEL, about a popular elite hotel in Slovakia where you can pay to do anything. The outside premises is just cool and calm but going in the last floor all rooms has different evil been committed, you hear people screaming, people being cooked, people being butchered, tortured, you can pay to have some persons to cut anyhow you like till the person dies you can pay remove people's eyes, just any evil you want to commit you can pay to do it after they initiate in the elite cult they trick your victims for you if you don't already have a victim, while the first floor is novice people who came to have fun from different countries not knowing they're sacrificial labs, not knowing activities goin on in the top floors. Their leader is a deadly woman who has a human eating evil big dog whose face is symbol of the occult. She baths in a Jacuzzi of Young girls blood, most of their victims were stupid American teen guys who just went there for a week holiday after one of them was tricked by their Russian friend that in Slovakia the girls will fhuck if they hear your foreign accent, that's how they all died in Slovakia hotel HOSTEL. The movie makes me believe those Russian, Slovakia and Slavic people eat humans. I want to watch it again so horror, it's crazy activities like HOSTEL are happening in some Nigerian hotels.

what do you mean the Nigerian government, accused of having terrorists amongst its civil servants .
the entire government of Nigeria is the biggest criminal organisation in the country.
Whatever is the level of insecurity in an area is a reflection of the governance of the area.
