There is somebody ailing somewhere and they are hiding him. They think they are smart. Time will tell sooner than later. It will make a big news and people will remember it and fear God! |

This doesn't make sense to me one bit.for political appointee to resign while political office holders should remain. Who has more influence or power. A Governor/president or a minister. To me both should resign 3months before election.or go on compulsory leave.just the way a civil servant about to resign goes on 3months leave |

dre11:With all the above options, they still remain political appointees. Anything short of coming to terms with resignation is a risk for them and they should have themselves to blame. |

Anndrew:Point where I'm wrong. If kidnappers and armed robbers attack students will you drag the minister of education or the police? As terrorists are kidnapping and harrasing farmers are you suppose to chide the minister of agriculture or police/army? Make una dey try get sense abeg, no be everything be politics. I don't like APC nor amechi but I don't allow my love or hate for someone or something cloud my sense of reasoning as lots do in this country. |

dre11:Some of those listed as public officers in the constitution are the President, Vice President, Governor and Deputy Ministers of Government of the Federation and Commissioners of Government of States, members of the National Assembly or State Assembly, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justices of the Supreme Court, President and Justices of the Court of Appeal, all other Judicial officers and all staff of court of law. Others are the Chief of Defence Staff, the Chief of Army Staff, the Chief of Naval Staff, the Chief of Air Staff and all members of the Armed Forces of the Federation. Apart from the Attorney-General of the Federation and the Attorney-General of each state, the list includes Ambassadors, High Commissioners and other officers of Nigerian mission abroad. The above are the affected people so why then are they pressuring only the ministers to resign. There is thing about this |

Simply put: the greedy and selfish appointees can't bear the thought of losing a year's salary over contesting for other positions that they may or may not even win. |

These poeple behave like there is no any other Organs of government have power but executive. their party will just screen them out .All of them rely too much on Buhari who can not win any election for himself .No alternative than to resign or be an agent of destruction to their political party in the future after elections. |
