Hi guys, my cousin called me just few minutes ago almost crying on phone. He's a Corper currently serving in South West. It seems they just paid their April allowance to his usual Zenith account. Unfortunately, he didn't receive any credit or debit alerts. He woke up this afternoon and decided to check his mobile app, yours sincerely, he saw credit and debits. #32,900 has been used to fund Sportybet which he doesn't know about.
He's really down cos that seems to be the only cash on him. I've advised him to dial a code to block further withdrawal and to contact the Zenith bank via social media pending the time till they will resume work again.
However, is there any way he can trace the user Id of the sportybet account owner or what do you suggest he do? Please advise, guys.

He funded the account himself either while he was Partialy asleep or on purpose just to make it look like someone did it.

He probably fell for those sporty bet balance adder scams,and compromised his banking details,while the scammers waited for the right time to strike
