Assuming the pictures aren't fake, I don't think the hapless dogs were "enjoying" the act. The dogs look like they were trained to act the way the did so as to be filmed. Of course, I'm ignoring the insults. You see how you call the men that do it abokies? In other words, you're defining them by thier region and not their gender.
