Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Aviation Minister has suggested who may likely win the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential primary.


Fani-Kayode suggested that ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar may pick the PDP Presidential ticket.

To this end, he urged the All Progressives Congress, APC, to field a Northern Presidential candidate to retain power in 2023.

In a tweet, the APC chieftain stressed that politics is a game of numbers

He tweeted: “The truth is that @atiku is likely to win the presidential primaries in the @OfficialPDPNig.

“Given that, the only way @OfficialAPCNg can win is by fielding a northern candidate.

“Whether anyone likes it or not, this is the truth.

Why is Reno and FFK obsessed about Northerners...?

Lol this one too is stylishly campaigning for Yahaya Bello like Reno is doing for Atiku.

Yes it is either a northerner win or some one from South East or south south.
Instead of a shout waste man to win, it's even better for military to seize power.

Was never expecting FFK to make any reasonable comment before, but this statement is beyond his normal foolishness

When will the south learn, a united south is a victory for the entire south, when the south refuse to be fair to each other then how do you want the north to be fair to the south, going by the rotation of presidency, it is rightfully for the southeast now, but what do we have from the south injustice and unfairness to the southeast, as it stands the north has a lot of cards to still play while the south has only one which they are still joking around with.

North:

1. They still have a pending case in court between Atiku and Buhari, who knows if the supreme court will declare Atiku as president before the elections, automatic 8yrs again for the north.

2. The military can stage a bloodless coup still arranged by the same Buhari(acting as though he is not involved), the military will give the reasons as to stabilize the security situation in the country and to setup an interim government which will all be a northern affair, who knows how long such will last and might conduct an election and still install a northerner back.

3. If PDP fields Atiku as presidential candidate, Then APC will do the same and vice-versa, then the outcome becomes a northern affair again.

I would have wanted to write about the southern part but what I will say is the south should be fair to each other to stop the north from this rubbish that they are doing with power.
