I hope youve learnt one or Two things on my Previous Self contain thread and my incompleted thread of Mini flat which I did with 2.5m this excluding Fencing, Borehole and Compound flooring.This time, we're to Build 2bedroom Bungalow using Hidden Flat roofing system with Budget of 4million naira only(from foundation to Finishings). The compound has been Fenced, there's availablity of Borehole water and The compound floor has been interlocked.So our focus is just only the Building....Keep following

Materials Need or Quotations for the Two Bedroom bungalow
1800 blocks
16 bags of cement for block settings
18 bags of cement for Casting (Foundation,dpc installations and Windows/Doors linted)
40 tonnes of sharp sand
10tonnes of Gravel
These are our needs now to start the Project...

Day1 & Day2:Casting and Settings of the foundation blocks. We used 361 blocks,5bags of cement for casting and block settings of the foundation.

Day 3-Day5: filling of the foundation and settings of underground rough-in Pipes(first stage of the Plumbing work).

Reinforcement Pillers for the Cantilever beams

20 tonnes of sharp sand and 10 tonnes of gravel on Ground (We're making use of Gravel this time around because Granite is too expensive, Remember na kobokobo House we dey Build here ).

Still on Day 5: Installation of the DPC,starting from the two bathrooms and the Kitchen.

Day 6- DPC Installed

Day-7: Growing up Steadily.
Pre-Casting of Some windows and doors lintel.

Day 13… Almost done with block settings. At the roofing levels and raising of the surrounding areas. Last pic, cantilever beam casted

We’ve used 1450 blocks out of 1700 blocks, we’re to finish the block settings btw today and Tomorrow.

At Day 15,Done with block settings, 1670 blocks were use from foundation to Finishings.

Plastering

Nice and interesting.

Done with the Wall Plaster, I used Total of 30bags of Cement and 20tonnes of Plater sand.

Roofed and Aluminium Span installed.with 0.45 gauge for the aluminum long span, I spent a total of 360k for this

What of labour costs per stage? That will be helpful too
