For aspiring treasury looters seeking the favors of Papa God in their quest to get at the overflowing government piggy bank, special prayers are sold for a price by pastors who offer promises of success in that criminal endeavor in exchange for cash up front, and a percentage of money stolen if the goal of accessing that state money is achieved.

Fear of Nigerian pastors is the beginning of wisdom, to paraphrase a frequently used Nigerian saying.
