You should not only understand, you should also encourage comedians and other useless yeyebrities to pay all their taxes so they can be more useful in society- protesting against bad governance and forcing politicians and their business associates to pay their own taxes fully so we can have water, good roads (feeder & main), free schools and healthcare.
