Thor is strong anyone saying otherwise is just running on the high of MOM. We haven't really seen thor like really angry. We got a glimpse of it in endgame and infinity war. But we have just seen an unhinged wanda for a whole movie. And in some parts she claimed that was her being reasonable. So it's easy for people to start overhyping her. Even me a thor Stan fear for the MCU version if he goes up against unhinged wanda. Especially if he goes in being bubbly as always.

Humans and gods have different endurance and physical limitations in comics... Wanda can only flex muscles in MOM because she was dealing with mortals and humans, throw gods into the mix and you have another thing on your hands.

Thor has been put in his place by Thanos on multiple occasions. Thanos without infinity stones overpowered Thor in a matter of seconds, even when he was supposedly at his strongest (which the writers claim was in Endgame, when he had both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker in his possession)

Wanda, on the other hand (in the same Endgame), put Thanos in his place very quickly. He even had to resort to an outside force to back him up, which was something he almost never does.

Thor took on the full blast of a dying star. Wanda couldn't breach Kamar Taj's defence until she got into the head of one of the mages.

Also even arguing about the comic is a waste of time...there are countless universes...countless reboots and feats...why I usually don't engage in any Marvel or DC argument since there is zero consistency in their powers
