An aspirant can sign for as many as aspirants as he likes. So what is the big deal that 10 in each state signed for an aspirant which each aspirant will still do or are you not aware that one aspirant had even submitted his form signed by 10 aspirants in each state. I think we need to roll out drum for the said aspirant for achieving such 'laudable' feat.
