I am one of those who believe in periodic medical check up. I went for a lipid profile test and my result makes me think I will have heart failure or stroke any moment. Please, how do I reduce this high/low numbers to fall into acceptable range? Attached are the results. The hand written one was taken last year and the other was taken on Friday 6 May 2022.

LDL is the unwanted Being high is not what anyone wants to see. Solution 1- avoid pizza, shawarma, suya, 2- more of vegetables, and fruits 3- engage in exercises especially aerobics 4- if it didn't improve after 1month, your doctor may recommend to you cholesterol lowering drugs |
