The Igbo nation has been on the receiving end from the colonial period, it has nothing to do with Kanu, In 1945 and 1953 Igbos were brutally killed in Nigeria and nothing was done about it, in 1966 alone more than 30,000 Igbos were brutally massacred even the then govt of Gowon actively participated
After the war when they were building steel Mills , refineries, power plants and other giant projects none was sited in Igbo land, infact Gowon built super highways in every region except the east.

In the 1970s and 1980s the ministries where Igbos were given ministerial position was usually ministry of information and education, till date no Igbo dead or alive have been appointed minister of works.

No govt in Nigeria has ever appointed Igbo man as a minister of works.

So Nnamdi kanu and his mad gang has nothing to do with the situation Igbos found themselves.
In 1999 the south west were given the presidency on a platter of gold despite the fact that Igbos were the leading members in the formation of the then major political parties.

To cut the story short, the northern zones and the western zone of the country can never vote an Igbo as there president no matter how good the person is.
So , if somebody like Rochas or Orji Kanu like let them build schools in every state in the North, they are just wasting there time no core northerner will vote an Igbo man in primary election not to talk of the main election, they have never done that before and will never do it

During the civil war , more than 3 million Igbos were brutally killed and starved to death by the Nigerian government till date there is no date set aside for the remembrance of those killed.

As an Igboman, sometimes i think about the future of the igbo nation. In as much as i wish for the best for us, but the reality on ground always seems to disagree.

Hausa, igbo and yoruba are the 3 main ethnic groups in Nigeria. There are a lot of others, but these are the most popular.

I see Igbo's being delisted from this group and replaced by others in the near future, if things continue this way.

What drowns a boat is not the water outside, but the water that makes its way into the boat. The igbo nation that created the likes of innoson, coscharis, Ibeto, etc was sailing fine. Until Nnamdi Kanu started preaching the message of hate and destruction.

The same igboland that produced these people that made it from nothing, is now producing people who believe they can never make it in Nigeria, unless Biafra comes. People who now believe that their success and destiny is tied to the fulani and the north.

People who have been convinced that the reason they have no education, jobs, skills, roads etc is because of the fulani north.

He pointed all the failures and challenges of the Igboman to the North. Making his gullible followers believe that he has the solution to their problems, and will end their misery in Biafra.

What the followers failed to ask is how he will make the lives of the average Igboman better, when he failed to make his own life better.

The one promising good roads, hospitals, schools etc, dropped out of the university, and still did not graduate from any university in United Kingdom. At the age of 45, Nnamdi kanu has not excelled in education, business or career.

Suddenly, Igbo's entrusted their future in the hands of a failure.Nnamdi kanu out of desperation to make his family proud for once, hijacked the Biafra business from Uwazurike and started making money for himself, family and gang.

He has succeeded in discouraging the people from participating in politics of the nation. Today they use threats and unknown gunmen to ensure the already marginalised people are disenfranchised .

They have now taken it a step further to cripple the economy of the region. By sit at home, destroying property and disruption of goods and services.

But the two area's above are not the most worrisome. The main challenge is the constant reduction of the igbo population.

The north could survives the effects of bokoharam because the practice polygamy and have a large population.

The Yoruba's are 50% Christian and 50% muslim. This means that half of their population can and practice polygamy.

Now we the igbos are majority Christians, and shun polygamy. The hausa's and Yoruba's get married much earlier, because their marriage demands are less than ours. This makes their population to grow faster than our.

Anyday i read about drug dealers arrested online, i don't bother to check the ethnic group, because 99% of the time, they are igbo.

Now what happens to all these Igbo's that are arrested all over the world? Are they allowed to go back into the streets, or are they sentenced to prison?

I wont be wrong to say that 40% of Igbo's that travel abroad end up in prison or dead.

The remaining who are in Nigeria are dying for a Biafra that has no map. Some die in the fight for Biafra, while others become victims of the agitators.

Since a huge population of our people are in prisons around the world, many a killed daily for Biafra, and we dont practice polygamy, what then becomes of our population in the next 20 years?

We are not at war and we have lost this much, what then happens when war starts?

This guy is a joker, he obviously does not the Nigeria he lives in. The North has had the Presidency of Nigeria for at least 40 years since independence. Where is the North today? It is more backward than the south, and overrun by porverty, terrorism and banditry. What did all those years of Presidency do for them?

Buhari's own home state of Katsina is so bad that over 300 children were kidnapped there. Governor Masari is now telling Katsina people to take up arms and defend themselves.

People were saying that Nnamdi Kanu was the problem, the man has been in DSS solitary confinement for almost a year and yet there is no peace. Things are getting worse

Nigeria is the third most terrorised country on earth. Rather than people to start talking about what will bring peace and end the killings, people are still yapping trash

The South East that was peaceful before Buhari came in, has now had its own share of insecurity and Buhari badly mismanaged the IPOB affair

Insecurity will only get worse in Nigeria, no country built on injustice like Nigeria is built can ever know peace
