So you mean given same opportunity Nigeria can't build more world class Stadiums?
The long and short of this story is Nigeria right now have so many standard stadiums, Kenya doesn't and if Kenya and Nigeria should put in a bid for World Cup FIFA won't think twice, they will easily hand it over to them because they already have many stadiums and any addition will be a bonus but on the other hand Kenya will be under pressure to build more stadiums like Qatar is currently doing.
