I watched the video. Sad, really!!!!! But people should becareful challenging someone bearing arms. That's dangerous. Nevertheless that officer should be found and action taken against him ASAP.
Those custom guys are ultra corrupt on the road. Last we they collected 100k from a friend travelling along lagos ibadan express road. A poor guys who only managed to raise funds to buy a mini bus (korope). A bus that was assembled here in Nigeria. I sent him the phone number of a senior custom officer, but the corrupt officer on the road refused to take the phone saying he is not talking to anyone. My poor friend had to embark on an emergency fundraising to be able to pay the 100k. I laugh when people say the police is corrupt. Custom is worse.
