Nothing will favor the PDP in this election more than if GEJ was to become the flag bearer for the APC through whatever devise. All PDP have to do is to wait for the window to substitute names to INEC to expire then draw the attention of the court to the new section of the constitution that bars anyone who has been sworn in more than 2 times can no longer be eligible to be elected again.
Funny enough this was signed by the APC government in power, perhaps they have forgotten what they signed or just rumor mills on the midst.
