I know about Upwork.com which I can guarantee. But this one I haven't tried it but someone from the USA gave me the link.

I feel Upwork is becoming crowded and competitive. This flexjobs could be easier to make money if one can utilize the opportunity at this time, making $1k-2k monthly is likely possible even as a newbie. We could try using premium VPN if it doesn't work, Socks to the rescue!
