Now become the man in:
Matthew 4:24 "The news about Him spread throughout all Syria"
Matthew 4:25 Large crowds followed Him from Galilee and the Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judea and from beyond the Jordan.

This shows that there are two types of believers of Jesus, either they are just gullible like I was for decades until GOD set me free to follow the GOD in the Old Testament or believers of Jesus are just an agent of Satan deceiving others.

Jesus was not popular by face that's why the Pharisees need one of his closest confidants so he could be IDENTIFIED by those sent to arrest him!
That means it's only news about a prophet that was heard both near and far.
So when he was standing before the Roman governor Jesus was IRRELEVANT in the presence of this man that he had to order his guards to beat him with the SCORPION (a terrible type of rope used in beating hardened criminals)
Then when stationed before the crowd for them to choose between him and a notorious criminal the crowd choose the criminal instead of Jesus, and they told the Roman governor to kill him so that his blood could come upon their own heads!

Now go back and read that verse you first quoted but this time slowly in the light of what happened to Jesus of Nazareth.

Isaiah 52:13–53:12 is one of the so-called Servant Songs written by Deutero-Isaiah during the Babylonian Exile. Of course, it reflects the suffering of the Jews torn away from their homeland and living in Exile, and should be interpreted as such. So after they've heard lots of news about those healed by this great prophet they were all anticipating his glorious entrance into Jerusalem as spoken of by Zechariah the prophet. That day they were overjoyed but his face has nothing to do with them because they were expecting a turnaround in their situation.

What you still don't understand is that you already know Buhari, Osinbajo, Sanwoolu through television and newspapers so when they're coming you already have the picture of who you're expecting to see. But in this case Jesus rode into Jerusalem once and as they knew that such an event has been prophesied by a prophet his face means nothing to the crowd what they wanted is a CHANGE of their country's situation back then!

So don't think a person's face could be registered in your memory just once when you never know him before then!

We all know that government do pardon some criminals till today so you have no point in the release of a criminal being granted amnesty!

No wahala, do you believe in God? Is your God alive? Can he gather his own worshipers and say "this are my WITNESSES"? Isaiah 43:10-12

There are many gods but the only evidence of a god is the assembly of his worshipers because gods are spirits (invisible)
So if you can't present any group of people unitedly practicing some act of sacred service then you have no god but you as in you are your own god, hence you can't influence others since you're your own god!
