I don't think their is a valid reason why rhe CIA will choose to smuggle drug into the US...

To sell? Or purposely destroy the lives of their citizens?

They may work along with some smugglers as cover just to get some Intel... but I don't think they purposely bring them into the United States for sniffing

No bro it is not propaganda, the CIA actually brought drugs into the USA to destroy the black community, that was when they had the crack epidemic,they gave guns to the rebels in nicaragua and those ones gave them drugs and they shipped the drugs back to America to raise money to fund the war in South America, crazy right? Listen, many of them have families and/or relatives in the US. Many parents were deported leaving their kids or spouse. Same happen with people from the middle East. When they get deported from the UK, they follow France or Belgium back to the UK. They could easily settle in France if they desire but because of the reasons above, they use trucks to sneak into the UK.

Aside that, America has endless opportunities.

Many people think Mexico is a very poor country but the are not, the have the 15th largest economy in the world

its easy to try to think like others (with better passport) but remember that A) the reason Mexicans love California (or the south of US) is because you can easily make your way around without speaking English. you are never too far from someone who speaks fluent Spanish)... B) its WARM in the south of the US, compared to cold Canada....but most importantly C) its as easy as 1-2-3 to find a job in Cali being an illegal immigrant than in Canada. remember, just because its a visa free country for TOURISM, it doesnt mean you will easily get a working visa and/or a job.

i doubt Canada has more jobs for Mexicans than the US, but i am sure that the ones who have the right skills, probably are already there with valid working visas.

thats because their plan backfired....yes the US gov indeed brought cocaine to the US and the crack epidemic is part of it....now its a different epidemic though (opioid, which affect whites mostly).

now think about it....where does opioid (heroin) comes from? Afghanistan....now, the US has been in Afghanistan for +15yrs and suddenly in the last decade, the country is ravaged by heroin addiction. do the math. sadly they never think ahead so unfortunately, Fentanyl (which is a cheap generic drug better/similar to Heroin) is now taking over thanks to the Chinese, so their plan is also backfiring there too.

OP, it's not a mystery as to why Mexicans focus on the US for immigration purposes. If your are a developing country and your neighbour happens to be the richest country in the world, won't you focus all your efforts to go that neighbour instead of other places that are too far? Secondly, many parts of the US used to belong to Mexico. So why not immigrate to what you are familiar instead of places you don't understand? Thirdly, while the Mexican passport is powerful, Mexicans like most Latin Americans, don't migrate across the atlantic to Europe because of distance. That's the VERY reason why they have visa-free access to most European countries. Do you lots honestly think that if Latin America was next door to Europe like Africa and Asia, they won't be rushing to Europe in their millions? Location, history and family ties are contributing factors to prospective immigrants all over the globe.

Ask yourself this question: why do most people from North Africa (Moroccans, Tunisians and Algerians) focus on migrating to Europe as opposed to other muslim countries in the gulf? Proximity, history and colonial ties. The same thing with Turks migrating to Germany. Why focus on Germany when the oil rich gulf states are closer to them? Turks have been migrating to Germany since the 70s. They are the largest ethnic minority there. I hope this has answered your question.
