Our client is an Events Planning Company with a state of the art events and hospitality centre in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Social Media / Customer Service Officer ( Onsite)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Customer Service:
o Responsible for admitting guest and customers
o Responsible for taking and receiving customers phone calls
o Responsible for sorting correspondence
o Responding to client’s inquiries and complains
o Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized all time
o Updating company’s documents and files and ensuring mistakes are looked into
o Maintaining and updating meeting schedules for the company.
Social Media:
o Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media;
o Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy;
o Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Canva etc;
o Interacting with clients and dealing with clients’ inquiries;
o Developing and introducing proposals to clients about our various products and services;
o Developing new social media strategies and campaigns;
o Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns;
o Collaborating with colleagues from across departments to ensure branding is consistent.
Requirements
o OND/HND/B.Sc Degree.
Salary
70,000 Monthly.
