Fig Health Store, a leading manufacturer and distributor of natural skincare and haircare products, is in need of an Operations and Admin Officer at its Lekki Phase 1, Lagos office. The successful candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities;

- Supervise junior employees in the efficient performance of their duties
- Ensure employees are in full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain staff discipline
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the Company's physical premises, plant and other assets
- Maintain records of diesel consumption, monitor usage and ensure re-orders when due
- Liaise between suppliers and the store to ensure products are re-ordered as at when due and suppliers are paid on time
- Prepare periodic reports for management on store and company activities
The successful candidate will possess HND or higher in the Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field and should have a minimum of 4 years experience at a supervisory level.

Salary: N100,000 monthly
Work days: Monday to Saturday
Resumption time: 8.30am
Closing time: 7.00pm officially, but sometimes later
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
