It's the weekend again, and I'm quite sure most of us would be having eggs (for) with our breakfast.

I know some of you have weird ways of frying your eggs.
Most of you cannot fry your eggs without adding maggi to it.
So, come share with us how you fry your eggs.
What are the ingredients you add to your eggs?
Do you fry your ingredients first before adding in your eggs?
Do you combine your eggs together with your ingredients before frying?

Mix raw egg with pepper and Maggi.

If I have thyme and Curry and grounded crayfish......I do add it. If not just grounded dry pepper and Maggi.

No salt.

I add Maggi when I'm frying eggs though, just a little and a pinch of salt.

I beat the eggs together with the ingridients(pepper, onion and salt). while keeping the vegetable oil on heat. then fry when i the oil is hot enough.

I found out one day at a local resturant. Someone told the woman to fry eggs. When she served the fried eggs, it was lighter than the normal eggs i've seen people fry. Another man asked her why was it so light, she said she added water, then everyone was like, WTF!

I add milk, not water. Makes it creamier, not necessarily lighter.

I don't even know if I should deny it.

I use grinded pepper to fry my egg, I get a plate then put my pepper and salt using little water to mix before cracking my egg inside.

Onion, fresh pepper and pinch salt + the egg mixed and fried..I am done with kitchen..

Very plain. Just salt for taste.

i can't deal with onions or those fat fat pepper.
I simply add Salt, Maggi(seasoning), thyme,curry and granulated pepper. It comes out great!

I quite like curry powder in eggs too.
There was one time I kept adding it to my eggs, then I got fed up with it.

If I'm in a hurry, I just add salt, whisk, then fry.

That only salt doesn't work for me. Too basic. I no dey kuku hurry fry egg.

Since na just the eggs? No problem. Otherwise, you for no fit chop my food, because I like onions wella.

Yes. Too basic and almost tasteless, plus it tends to be dry.

I like my eggs steam fried. I put the oil in the pan with ver low heat, then break the egg with care one by one when the oil is not hot, sprinkle a little salt, cover the pan for 2-3 minutes, flip each egg to the other side to avoid burnt offering, drop it after 1 minute. It taste like boiled egg but it's fried, and needs very little oil.

I preferred boiled eggs to fried ones..

I easily get fed up when my eggs are fried...
