There are only 2 contestants in PDP ( Wike and Atiku).

Read carefully and see the capacity of the people that went with him to Lagos.

My Governor is a Party Man, he doesn't hold things too tight, he pursues his dreams with all vigor...

In 2015 when Tambowa his candidate lost to Atiku, He (Wike) supported Atiku 100%.

Those are the 2 leading contestants. If they must win, they'd have to consider either of them. Atiku isn't even on their favourite list.
How many times have you seen him hold meetings with the aspirants? He's got lots of foes in the party right now. Not even his dollars would get him the ticket. He's not someone they can trust. Buhari is even far better than him on the pedestal of trust. People of the north respect saraki more than they do atiku whom they've claimed several times wasn't a Nigerian. Tambuwal is his close friend.
What got the pdp members more angry was the fact that , after they made Nigerian give him over 10m votes in 2019, he abandoned them and relocated to dubai for nearly 2 years. Is that a leader?

If the pdp must win next year, they should consider either obi or saraki as their candidate and if either of them becomes one, the vp should also emerge from between the duo. The reason is simple. Saraki would woo the north where he belongs geographically and yoruba where he belongs by tribe. Obi would woo the entire south east and south west.

Note it today, tinubu would lose the bid and that would give saraki or obi an edge. He will likely decamp from the apc while some disgruntled members all over the country would follow suit. Its already happening in kano and it would go round after their primaries.

Thst is not all, if the pdp should make a mistake by dropping either obi or atiku,the party would lose especially in the north because the entire south east and south south are pdp states including Anambra while they only respect their traditional apga at the state level. Apga and pdp are brothers when it comes to general elections. If they can capture the entire south, including some states in the south west, capture the middle belt, all they need is a few states in the north and they'd win, just like Jonathan did in 2011 and core north voted buhari. That's what will happen this time again except kwakwanso decides to merge with the pdp and not coming out as a candidate under his new party.

Nigeria don't need election next year if I may Advice, We have more important issues to sort out as a country before going in any election if not same old story will keep happening. We need to talk as a nation or better still comfab report should be looked into with urgent implementation
