You are not grounded in Rivers State's politics.
Any chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA that knows his onion, is far richer than any Rivers State house of assembly member.

Prior to Amaechi becoming a governor, he's not on the same pedestal with Wike when you talk of grassroot politics and access to entities that matters.

For the records, Obio/Akpor LGA is richer than most states in Nigeria, and that's what made Wike politically.
